📦 Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unworn or unused

  • with tags attached

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • custom-made products, including custom liveries and vehicle wraps

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Custom / Made-to-Order Products

All custom livery, vehicle wrap, and other made-to-order products are produced to the customer’s specifications. This includes, where applicable, vehicle size/fitment, colour choices, and design selections.

Because these items are made to order and clearly personalised, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has started. This includes where we have already begun any part of the process, such as:

  • design work

  • ordering materials or vinyl

  • printing

  • cutting

  • production or preparation for your specific vehicle

Please make sure you are happy with your design, colour selections, and order details before purchasing.

This does not affect your rights if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

📬 Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@blossomautomotive.com so we can resolve the issue.

🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please email info@blossomautomotive.com with your order details and notice of withdrawal.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for return postage costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once received, we will issue your refund within 14 days, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable.

Please note: the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, including custom liveries, vehicle wraps, and other made-to-order products.
